Hello @Manisha

I recommend you to read this short use case which describes how you can track story points completed by each developer: Time story points estimation using the Pivots table.

I hope you find it helpful.

Hi @Karolina Wons_SaaSJet

Thanks for sharing your findings.

I want to get results without any external add on or plugin

Doe to some strong restrictions in our project.

Could you please help me with another way round.

Hi @Manisha

Would you please describe the problem you are trying to solve?

When teams use an agile method like Scrum, tracking individual performance over that of the entire team may cause unintended consequences.  Understanding the problem you are trying to solve may help the community suggest ideas to help.  Thanks!

Kind regards,
Bill

Again...I was asking what is the problem you are trying to solve (e.g. why do this), not how you believe you want to solve it (e.g. how to do it).

You certainly can use advanced issue search for the project, for the specific sprint(s), and view the assignee and priority fields.  And that may still not help solve the problem...and could also cause other challenges.  For example: people might focus on finishing what they perceive to be "their work" rather than meeting the team's goal of the sprint.
