How can I enable Atlassian intelligence on a Standard tier License?

I want to enable Atlassian Intelligence add -on for jira .Our license is a Standard tier .How can we enable this add on?

You can't.

Atlassian Intelligence isn't available for the Standard plan, as per the Jira Pricing Plans page.
