I'm trying to add a new team member to my project, but the request goes to the Administrator, and we don't know who it is, or if the person is still in the company.
Hi @Evald Fjærgård - That is difficult for you to find as an end user. You may have to check with the instance owner in your organization.

@Evald Fjærgård Is there an IT procurement team in your org ? They may help.

Thanks for the effort! I don't have anyone internal to ask, that's why I try to turn out of my organization. :-)

Hi @Evald Fjærgård ,
Thank you for reaching out Community.
I understand that you are trying to invite the user to your instance and it goes to admin approval.
It could be that your instance has to approve or deny requests configured which is restricting this. Please refer to: https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/control-how-users-get-access-to-products/.
In order to figure this out and know is the org admin or if maybe the org admin has left the company, request you to raise a support ticket here: https://support.atlassian.com/
Our team will check this and validate a few things before providing all the details.
Thank you,
Prachi

Thanks! I already got help from Atlassian Helpdesk in New Haven, and problem is solved.
