How can I fix cycle time report?

Hi guys,

I have integration one of system control version with my JIRA. I see commits, status of merging, etc there. But I don't see any data in cycle time report.

What should I do to start working with this report?

First check your browser, but beyond that I would review this to see if anything was missed in setup.

This link for control chart. Is it working same as new cycle time report? I see just explanation of control chart. No words about integration and how  new cycle time report is working.

Hi Evgeny,

Just search on that page for time cycle. Control charts are a chart mechanism for time cycle.

The first sentence: The Control Chart shows the Cycle Time

So the fixes for one should in theory apply for the other, or Jira natively may not let you do one without the other.
