How can I fix the following error when exporting from Jira to Excel :  must set field "siteId" in request.

 

I read many times the same issue but no clear solution...

Hi @Daniel Gelinas 

Can you try to Re-authenticate the Excel add-in and give a try.

Mostly this should resolve the issue.
