How can I get email notifications only once a day?

I am the admin in my organization, 
I would like to know if there's a way to concentrate the notification emails of some of the users to one per day

Hi,

There is no way to do it for particular users from Jira as far as I know. But, in Jira 8.x you can batch process emails and send them altogether. Check that function out and see if it is enough for you. Additionally, I think you could talk with your email admin to see if they have a solution.
