How can I get issue type scheme <-> project association from REST API?

I've tried 

1. /rest/api/3/issuetypescheme?expand=projects - this did not return the project object in the results

2. /rest/api/3/issuetypescheme/10000/associations - this returned the error ''OAuth 2.0 is not enabled for method: GET /rest/api/3/issuetypescheme/10000/associations''
