How can I get the total time of the sum of resolution?

Hello,

I want to be able to indicate on one of my projects, the sum of time spent solving a category of tickets.
How can I get the total time of resolution?

Have you checked sumUp for Jira third-party apps? It seems this is similar to what you are looking for.

Welcome to the community.

You can try to make a jql and export the result in a csv or excel file.

You will have to look at the time spend field in the export and make some calculation.
