How can I group issues in a Classic Project?

I have a classic business project setup for my project. The task flow is pretty simple. ToDo > In Progress > Done.
In a classic project, you don't have Epics. How do I group my issues if I want to group them by business area?

You could try using either labels or components. Using either of those, you can then set up filters which would show only those issues which related to a specific business area
