How can I hide the stories from epic that not required now?

There are some stories and sub-tasks in the epic that are not required anymore how can I hide that from showing in the epic.

First I would recommend that you close all of these issues has done with a resolution of “won’t do“ or similar. Then if you consider that they are not part of the epic anymore then I would remove the epic link on all of those issues.

You can try using Labels .Label all unwanted issues and update the board filter like

Lables not in ().
