How can I match completed issues with done tickets

Hi guys, I have some question and need help. I tried to read other question from the community and apply it but looks like it's not working. I want to complete my design sprint board and when I click the [Complete sprint] button, a dialog showed up with "26 open issues". I have 25 tickets done and trying to move to new sprint. How can I match completed issues to done tickets?

hi @Marx Consuegra , The board is suggesting to move all the *active* *stories* to new sprint.

You might have subtasks marked as done, only 4 major issuetypes are complete and 26 open ones will be moved to new sprint.

You might want to go to board settings and check the mapping for workflow states to coloumns to confirm the same.
