How can I match the attachment and comment field when importing a CSV file?

Zhan Chen March 6, 2018

Hello folks, when I tried to import JIRA issues to another project, I just cannot find the matching fields, i.e., comment, attachment, which are vital and the most important fields I want to keep a record of. I've seen people have the same problem but didn't see a solution. Please help. Any word would be appreciated.

Thanks!Screen Shot 2018-03-06 at 11.45.04 AM.png

Hey guys, the JIRA technical support reached out to me. Please try use this link which worked perfect for me:

I think you need to have admin access to the system.

I have admin to the system and still can't see Attachment when mapping fields. I can't follow your link.

Hey sorry to hear that. I completely understand your frustration. What do you mean you can't follow the link? What page does it take you to? This is what I got:

Me too - I'm using cloud version, and the import of comments worked until recently, like in the last week or so
