How can I migrate data from 2 projects I have in a OnDemand instance to another OnDemand Instance?

We basically have one account we need to split and move 2 projects from one account to a new one. Is it possible?

Gustavo,

The best way to approach this is to create a full backup of your instance using the backup manager and import it to your 2nd instance, then you can remove unwanted projects from both instances.
