How can I modify the hover over text displayed for Fix Version?

We would like to include the release status (Unreleased, Released, Archived) in the hover over pop up when user hovers over the Fix Version assigned to an issue.

Currently the hover over text is the Version and the Description.  We would prefer to display the Status and release date.  Either in addition or replace.

When a user clicks on the version (in Fix Version field) the user is taken to a filter result list of all issues associated to that same version.  (Preference would be to send the user the  Release Hub page.)

Hi Karen,

I think, it is not possible to modify what is shown there.

However, you could create a scripted field with Scriptrunner which could get the content of the version field and display based on this the information you want. You should also be able to set your desired link target in there.
