How can I modify the link issue screen?

Hi,

I'd like to modify the link issue screen: I'd like to disallow commenting but allow to link an issue once it's closed. At the moment JIRA is throwing a weird long exception as - I think - the comment field is shown on the link issue screen.

Use the following instead in Workflow Properties:

jira.permission.comment.user = denied
