How can I monitor Tomcat service or Atlassian Jira with SAM in Solarwinds?

I have installed the JIRA instance on my local machine and I want to monitor the tomcat service that was installed on that machine. monitoring tools is SAM(SolarWinds). I have made Administrator user for tomcat in this path

C:\Program Files\Atlassian\JIRA\conf\server

but authentication was failed and it' doesn't work. also, I couldn't find the Tomcat service in windows services. how to monitor this Service?
