I have an existing license on SEN-17078715, but my server has crashed and therefore I needed to reinstall a new server on the same host. This also generated a new SEN: SEN-L17505063 with an 90 days evaluation license.
How can I re-assign my current license to this new SEN

If you have access to a list of licenses on https://my.atlassian.com/products/index, then just enter your purchased license key in the Application access and the SEN will change itself. SEN is intended for communication with Atlassian support.
