@이지은 ,

You are using Pie chart for Resolution field

As per Pie chart output it look like you have created 2 resolutions of same name i.e Unresolved.

You need to delete one of them. Before deleting  you need to replace  resolution value by another value.

Hi @이지은,

I am Marlene from codefortynine.

It could also be the case that in your filters are issues from different projects with different workflows. Both have the resolution "Resolved".

The Quick Pie Chart gadget of our app Quick Filters for Jira Dashboards maps field values by name, therefore it would display the value "Resolved" only once, even if it exist in two different workflows.

Hi @이지은

You need to be jira administrator to do this. Go to https://your_site/secure/admin/ViewResolutions.jspa and delete unwanted resolution. Jira will ask you what value should have tickets after deleteing.

Seba
