How can I reorder the fields in the Issue page?

Hello,

I've been trying to reorder my fields but can't seem to find the trick. On Project Setting > Screens, I have ordered the fields as I'd like them to be

 

However, the change is not reflected on my issue page

Is there anything I could be missing?

Welcome to Atlassian Community :) !! 

Currently it is impossible to change the order of System Fields in the View Issue Screen as well as remove them from the screen without hiding them in the system configuration.
