welcome to Atlassian Community!

In case you are referring to your Admin User account you can follow the steps outlined here.

In case you have just forgotten your personal passwort and no external user management (like LDAP or Active Directory is in place) you could click "Can't access your account?" on login page.

In that case most probably your instance is configured for external user management - like Sajit outlined it would be needed to reach out to the person which is in charge for managing your users on this instance.

Hi @Steinar_Høyland , You have mentioned that you are using a JIRA server, so please reach out to your local team managing the Atlassian Ecosystem including JIRA, they should be able to send you a password reset link.
