How can I search for issues with certain number of specific comment?

I want to find all issues with have a specific number of a specific comment. As an alternative it is also okay for my purposes, to find issues, which have been commented by a specific user for a specific number. For example, find all issues that have the comment "xyz" for at least three times. I tried using ScriptRunner, but I could not find the correct search query.
