I'm new to Jira - just using trial software. Working with Project Management template - where can I see a gantt view of all the tasks?
Hi, Scott. As Walter points out there are a number of Gantt solutions for Jira in the Atlassian Marketplace. One relatively new one is our Structure.Gantt solution which builds Gantt charts from work breakdown structures that contain real-time Jira data.
If you choose to have a look you can send any questions you may have to gantt@almworks.com.
Good luck with your search.

Hi Scott,
There is no Gantt representation of work in standard Jira. Tracking work in Jira is usually done using (scrum or kanban) boards and dashboards that help you focus on the status of work rather than on the timeline.
On the marketplace, there's a lot of apps available to help you extend Jira with Gantt or other planning capabilities. Before diving into those too fast, think through how you manage your work today and how you might even improve on that. Consider talking to an Atlassian Solutions Partner in your neighbourhood to help you map you challenge to the best tools / tool usage.
But nonetheless, some interesting pointers might be the following marketplace searches:
