Each one of my team members works in several projects with different project managers at the head. I need to be able to see a global view of each team members tasks and time estimates independent of sprints and boards so I can easily view their bandwidth without having to click through each project and manually add up the estimated times on their tasks.
Is there any integrated functionality like this or an app add-on that will do this?
@Kaleb Walter You will need to use an app to truly do that. Here is a great article from Atlassian about resource management and it provides several apps. I have used BigPicture (BigGantt) and Tempo products. Each has its pros and cons and really just comes down to what you would like to do and track. I would suggest trying them, 30 day free trial, and see what app works the best for you. https://www.atlassian.com/blog/add-ons/a-brief-guide-to-resource-planning
Thanks for the quick response! I'll check out these solutions!

Hi @Kaleb Walter, it's Maria from the Planyway team. :) Just in case you still consider add-ons for team management, perhaps you could give a try to Jira addon - Planyway. It'll allow you to visualize issues on the timeline grouped by team members, so you can track the allocation easily. Also, the app has the feature of the workload that helps to balance the number of tasks per member based on their daily capacity:
All you need to do is to define the working hours of your team and estimate tasks.
