I use Jira extension in the Gmail and it is so useful to set any mail as issue without out from gmail.
But I cant see my all issue fields in this page. How can I see rest of other fields. ?

Can you share more details on this? so that I can try to help you
1) Are you using any third party plugin or add-on
2) Which JIRA instance are you using? i.e. Cloud, Data Center
3) Which version of jira application you are using?
Did you tried to setup APPLICATION LINK in your JIRA admin panel? Because mostly such occur because of application links?

I dont know where check the version of cloud jira.
