How can I see "Plans" on issue screen

We have installed Tempo Planner and Tempo Timesheet add-ons - trials.

I would like to see "Plans" on the issue screen like we have Tempo "Logged" section.

I know that it is possible to see it but don't know how to "turn it on", e.g. it should be above or bellow "logged work" on screen(please see picture below)
