How can I set an automation that changes the Epic status to "Done"

Hello, 

I would like to automatically change the status of my epic to "Done" when all the stories and linked tasks are done. 

I tried this: 

But unfortunately It doesn't work

When you go to the Automation feature, there is a library of prebuilt rules. That library includes a prebuilt rule for transitioning an Epic to done when all its child issues are done.

Try working with that prebuilt rule.

Hi, @Sari 

As an alternative, you can try the add-on Business Process Manager for Jira Cloud, developed by my team. Every step in BPM creates tasks that are connected with Epic. When all tasks are completed, an Epic closes.
