How can I stop users seeing closed Epic's in the suggested epic links field?

My users when adding the Epic link to an issue can also see the closed Epics. I don't want closed Epic's having issues we won't see. Is there a way to make this list only show open Epic's?

Thanks both. I'll take a look at these two options.

Try to tune sequrity scheme.

You can set some sequrity level when Epik is closed. Then you can restrict users to see issues with this sequrity level.
