How can I transfer one project to another Product?

Deleted user October 5, 2020

I'm an admin of two accounts, with diferent Jira and Confluence projects in both. I want to transfer, the projects from on to another. How can I do that?

I found the option "Restore from Jira Cloud or Server", but it not specifies if I can import from another account.

Hello Lucas,

As far as I know, there is no way to import the specific configuration from a Jira instance to another.

However, you can find on the Atlassian marketplace Add-Ons that can help you migrate the specific configuration of a project. The one I used was configuration manager, you can use a free trial to see how it works :

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211611/configuration-manager-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview

Let me know if it was helpful or not,

Guilhem

Actually, I want to move literally the project, with all the stories and etc. I found an app from Atlassian that I hope will help me: Jira Cloud Migration Assistant.

But thank you very much for your help.
