I want to update some labels and delete extra labels from my current project. Please help me with that.

i haven't played with it in awhile but likely hasn't changed. First labels are system wide not project specific. to remove a label from the available list you must find all issues that have that label and remove the label from all of the issues.

@zsoni

We use label manager for JIRA Cloud. It takes all the pain out of managing labels:

You can't really do that in the way you might be thinking - but you can do this in a roundabout way.

There is no master control for labels - and you can't easily limit what labels can be created.
You can find all the labels used (macros for that in confluence), or you can find all the occurrences of a specific label or labels through JQL - then you can bulk add/remove them from those issues directly.
