How can I update the screen for the "Create" button for a specific issue type?

I am trying to update the "Create" screen for a custom issue type = Security.

Where do I update this view? 

What view does the "Create" button use?

I have already successfully updated this view for the issue in its project.

I found that by going to [...] > Show fields, I could add the fields I wanted. As I wanted, this only applies to this issue type AND also applies to any project I selected

Hi @brian.g, and welcome to the community!

The easiest way to check what screens an issue type is using is by going to the Project Settings of the project that you are in, then select Screens from the menu on the left. This will show you which screen(s) are used when creating, editing, and viewing each issue type.

You will also be able to edit the screens from there.
