How can I use the active sprint name in create issue on transition?

Similiar to %project% or the like I want to use the name of the active sprint to be used in the summary while doing a create on transition.

I use Bob Swifts Create on Transition plugin. I also have JIRA Misc Custom Fields, if a calculated field is needed. But even there do not know how to get access to it.

Any ideas?
