How can I view the capacity of a member regardless of his team (if he is in several teams) ?

As the title says :

How can I view the capacity of a member regardless of his team (if he is in several teams) ?

I have developers in several Teams and I want to be able to see the capacity on the member level and not on the member-team level. Is that possible ?

if not, I need to have my devs in only one team right ?

Hi Bruce,

The first thing you need to ascertain is how are you measuring capacity? Are you looking at Story Points for example or are you using a time tracking tool such as Tempo?

If you are using Tempo it is quick and easy to allocate a regular amount of time to each team member and then as long as they complete the time taken to complete tasks (and estimate future tasks) you will be able to report on the capacity.
