I am labelling stories in JIRA that I am considering for inclusion as a Minimum Marketable Feature Set. I don't want anyone to delete a particular label I've added without me knowing. I don't want them to add it to any other stories without me knowing. Ideally I don't want anyone making material changes to a story that I've labelled without me knowing.
Is it possible to do something that is effectively to "watch" a label, so that I'm notified when anyone updates a story with label <X>, or when anyone adds label <X> to a new story?
I'm pretty sure this could be done with the Script-Runner plugin. But I'm still searching what would be the best script type to do this. You can take a look on the documentation here.
There's a type of listener you can add that it is called 'fire an event when condition is true' that it can be picked up by a notification scheme, or there's another called 'send a custom email' when a condition are met.

Thanks Ramiro. Unfortunately I'm using OnDemand, and this sounds like a solution for Download... right?

In fact yes, the plugins can only be installed on the Download Version.
