The current wording for Option 6 - New Work Request on confluence causes confusion, as it only refers to forms returned to the bank. This doesn’t reflect the variety of document types requested, leading to frequent misdirected submissions. Suggest updating the wording for Option 6–New Work Request on JIRA to better reflect real use cases, including internal documents and formats not returned to the bank. This could reduce misdirected requests going to DSLAB & save time across teams.

My guess is that this is intended for your Jira team, not for the Atlassian Community! I would suggest that you contact your IT Helpdesk if you do not know who your Jira admin(s) are.
