How can i capture ideas from customers, employees, and others? And let them vote on the ideas.

Hi,

I'm looking for a tool (Something like this http://www.aha.io/product/features/ideas) where we can retrieve feedback from our users and where the users can vote on the ideas that they like. 

I can't find this functionality in JIRA or in Confluence. Does someone knows if this kind of functionality exists?  

We've tried the issue collector, but that is not really what we are looking for.

These apps are only available when you host your own JIRA instance. We are using the cloud version.
