you can resolve all current issues
you can delete all current issues (resolving them is better)
you can rename your current Project to "test" and create a new one which you assign to all the workflow and permission schemes of the old one
please remember that you also can create a copy of the test project, then you will have a new one without any issues.

then you can resolve or delete the issues.
but new issues will not begin with ID1, they will use the next free one.
or, if you dont mind some old data in the issue history, you can delete all text and stuff from your existing issues and rename them, when you need a new one.

Hi @achraf pato
If you have any data apart from test projects, you can go to the projects list and delete the test projects which are not required fro you. Deleting a project will delete the data associated with the project
It would be much faster to start fresh and re-installing the user plugins. Even if you delete jira project, Jira will contain the history of that project like used key XXX, and will never allow any new projects to use that old project ID.
thanks
