I have a set of stories that always going to be the same for every epic. How can i clone everything together. That way i just have to change the name of the epic instead of cloning every story 1 by 1.

Currently in Jira it is not possible to clone multiple issues without the use of an add-on. There is a feature request regarding this functionality, which you can view here: JRASERVER-6404
