Hi koteswararao,
Navigate to Portfolio Hierarchy Configuration (requires Jira Admin permissions, Add-ons -> Portfolio for Jira) and map the issue type to the hierarchy level like below (using features rather than Initiatives):
Note that this hierarchy is GLOBAL. Making this change will affect any existing Portfolio configuration in your Jira instance.
