How can i download this pluggin  Jira status color?

Um, click the version you want on the download page for it?

Or better, use the "manage addons" link in JIRA admin to find and install it.

The problema is that I cannot find the pluggin in the "manage addons" list.

Ok, if it's not appearing in the marketplace search under addon management, then it's not valid for your version of Jira. You could visit it in the marketplace and try downloading and installing it via "upload plugin", but as it's not valid there's a good chance it will not work, and it's certainly not going to be supportable.

It works great, still in release 6.3.11, and is an absolute relieve of Atlassian's incapability to support more than three status colors.
