How can i gand full admin access to user after backup import?

Michael Toumanov March 14, 2016

Subj both for Confluence and Jira.

This export/import system with unmatching versioning and user rights drops plunges me into an abyss of despair. As well as tons of 404 manual pages. :-/

Or how to backup base to keep all admin rights?

Most export/import routines will retain the user accounts in some form, so someone who was an admin before should be able to log straight back in as an admin in the imported system.

I assume that's not the case here, as you are changing the user directory system during the move?  If that is the case, try these two:

I do not understand this logic:

1) I have full rights on user in old system.

2) Backup is fully rewrite all base (content, users) (exept some system settings like mail servers).

3) After backup my user do not have admin rights.

What user directory is the old system using?  And what is the new one using?
