Hi @UDHAY KIRAN 

Can you elaborate what you mean by recover username? On Cloud by default your username is the prefix of your email address for example: max@example.com, so the username=max

Although on cloud usernames are deprecated but other aspect of Jira still uses a bit of it. Let me know if you meant something else?
