Hi,

Xray, as of v3.0, does not provide a specific integration with Ranorex. 

However, if you're able to use a standard report file, such as JUnit, then you can integrate with Xray in order to have visibility of your Ranorex test results. From Ranorex documentation, it seems that it may be able to generate a compatible JUnit XML report.

Get Ranorex to make REST calls into Jira?  There's not enough information here to tell you much.
