How can set the default issue scheme for a new project?

When I open a new "business project" and I select Project management the default issue scheme associated has only two option: task and sub activity….after creating the project I need to change the scheme manually to set the default issue scheme type...how can change the default scheme of the project management project?

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Currently, it's not possible to choose the issue type scheme when creating a project, it is generated automatically by the system depending on each template. We have feature requests suggesting the implementation of this ability:
