How can we add button like "View in Tempo" button in JIRA Agile Board?

I would like to know whether is it possible to add button like "View in Tempo" button in Jira Agile Board? if so, a hint will be really appreciated. Thank you!

Basically I mean how can I implement as such button from development point of view? For example button "ABC" in same navigation bar as "View in Tempo" button? :) Thank You!

You need to enable a feature called Agile Timesheet in Tempo.
