Hi, I would like to add multiple website links in the 'Documents' field in JPD for reference and would like to know how they can be added? I have tried putting a ',' which then showed an error and then tried putting a ';' followed by the second link but then it only opened the first link on clicking it. Please advise if it is possible to add multiple links. Thanks.
I am not familiar with JPD, but it sounds that "Documents" is a single-value field.
If so, a workaround that could work is adding another custom field "Additional documents" of the same type as "Document" to your issues and enter the second link there. Not very elegant, but could work until there is a real solution.

Hi @Ingrid Cooper , I activated Jira Product Discovery to check out the "Documents" field, and yes, as Aron said, the "Document" field designed for a single link:
Unfortunately, I was not able to find any documentation about the field, as the JPD reference for fields doesn't have an entry for "documents": https://support.atlassian.com/jira-product-discovery/docs/jira-product-discovery-fields-reference/
When you mouse over the field to edit the Documents field, the pop-up does say "edit link":
As such, the best option here is to set up a custom field:
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-product-discovery/docs/create-custom-fields/
If you are on the paid plan, I recommend you open a support ticket. Support can then create a feature request to have the "Documents" field updated to allow multiple links.
Hope this helps,
Christopher
