How can we change write direction to RTL

Hello,

We are using Jira 5.2.8 with tinyMCE renderer. We need a way to change write direction in the issue fields to RTL for Hebrew text. In previous versions there was a tinymce-renderer-edit.vm config file in which we could insert RTL code, now it vanished.
