We have created a workflow with the approval process in the Tickets. But when we export or print the tickets to save for auditing purpose it does not show who has approved it. These details we can find in history. So we wanted to export the ticket with the history option.
You can try to export a history with Issue History add-on. It provides a ticket history report of all changes that have been made in the selected list of issues. That’s an excellent database for an audit of teamwork.

You didn't specify an output format, but another option you can give a try is Better PDF Exporter for Jira Cloud, which comes with a built-in template to export issue history data.

Besides that, you can check out the Marketplace for apps that extend the export capabilities of JIRA, or consider developing your own solution the references the REST API.
I found this app in my searching. I've never used it before, and it may not be the only one that provides this capability. You should do additional searching to look for alternatives.
