How can we migrate data from abc.atlassian.net to some def.atlassian.net?

We are merging to companies and want to merge to accounts of JIRA as well. So I wanted to know if we can migrate data from this account to another with losing any information? What are the risks involved?

Thanks @Pavel Junek , really appreciate your quick help. Option 1 here is not applicable here as both the instances are live at the moment. And from option 2, I think only export and import option is available here, right? and that is manual work and quite painful as well. Are there any automated ways to perform this activity which can save us time with lesser chances for human error?

Unfortunately, there is no automated method to reliably migrate Cloud -> Cloud or Cloud -> Server or Server -> Cloud.
