Not able to retain the email format in jira ticket. as Email created as in Plain text in Jira. Is there any way to retail HTML format in Jira.

At this time, emails processed by Mail Handler will be converted to plain text before the issue is created.
Although, you can pass on specific formatting in your email using Jira Wiki Markup Notation.
For example, I sent an email to my sites Mail Handler with the following plain text:
_This is a test for_
h2. +*Jira Wiki Markup Notation*+
h4. formatting!
Resulting in the following issue being created, respecting the Jira Wiki Markup Notation I provided:
