How can you remove non-employees from Tempo?

We have several clients that we have set up as jira users in the system. We wanted to let our clients see their project/kanban board.  In order to give them access to the project, we had to set them up as jira-software users, by doing that it also gave them a user in tempo timesheets. Is there a way to remove them from tempo and just have them as users for jira?

Hi Kym,

You can remove member from teams on Tempo.

I recommend you to access the below documentation, to understand and verify how to do it.

It's not that complicate and you should be able to do it.

is this still how it's supposed to work?

I got a external Client messaging me that they got the "book hours and submit timesheet!" notification, even though they are not in any team.
